We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who combines technical proficiency with hands-on marketing execution. In this role, you'll play a central part in shaping go-to-market strategies across inbound, outbound, and content channels, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads.
What You’ll Do
- Design and manage inbound campaigns using SEO, content distribution, and social platforms to drive traffic and engagement
- Support outbound efforts through targeted email sequences and LinkedIn outreach initiatives
- Use Python and SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion trends
- Run and evaluate GTM experiments, making data-informed adjustments to improve results
- Track key metrics and continuously refine strategies to increase efficiency and scalability
- Work closely with marketing and and sales teams to align messaging, audience targeting, and follow-up processes
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or a related field
- Practical experience using Python and SQL for data analysis or workflow automation
- Proven experience executing inbound or outbound marketing campaigns
- Background working remotely, with fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
- Direct experience supporting US or UK-based companies — this is required
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on testing, learning, and iterating quickly
Nice to Have
- Exposure to growth experimentation or performance analytics
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or startup environments
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems or sales engagement tools
