As a Medical Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming how hospitals optimize their operating rooms. Working directly within clinical environments across Europe, you’ll use advanced tools to capture and assess surgical workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance performance and patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct regular on-site visits to operating rooms—typically two days per week—using proprietary technology to collect and interpret process data.
- Transform complex data sets into clear, practical recommendations tailored to each hospital’s needs.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams, guiding them through implementation and serving as a reliable advisor.
- Support cross-functional initiatives in training, product development, and project coordination as the organization scales.
- Represent expertise in value-based healthcare, strengthening trust with hospital partners across the region.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in a technical or medical field—preferably a master’s or equivalent bachelor’s qualification.
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven analytical thinking, capable of turning insights into actionable steps.
- Comfort working independently in fast-moving, evolving settings.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA, including occasional weekend travel (fully compensated).
- Valid European B driving license.
Preferred Experience
- Background in healthcare consulting, process optimization, medical devices, or operating room operations.
- Additional language skills in French, Dutch, or Italian are considered an asset.
