As an Associate Technical Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the long-term success of our European client base. You'll act as a trusted point of contact, delivering functional and technical support across accounting systems, implementations, and SQL-based troubleshooting. Your responsibilities include understanding client workflows, configuring solutions to match their needs, and providing training to enhance product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Assess client requirements and align technical capabilities to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor account health, anticipate challenges, and drive timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal technical, quality assurance, and cloud teams to coordinate support and improvements
- Provide hands-on assistance with system configuration, debugging, and user training
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economic Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting principles and systems
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and clear communication
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
