This role supports the end-to-end management of client data and project workflows within integrated ERP environments. You will centralize project information into standardized templates, manage client account creation and deactivation, and ensure accurate data entry across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and standardize data from multiple sources into unified project formats
- Set up and configure client accounts and track project milestones
- Maintain ticketing systems with updates on task progress and completion
- Prepare and upload final reports into various ERP platforms
- Verify compliance contacts and assign correct roles within system records
- Confirm client certifications through official website listings
- Alert account managers when clients are added to regulatory certification databases
- Review and validate customer details during offboarding procedures
- Remove client data from ERP systems in accordance with protocols
- Deactivate accounts as required by process or policy
- Communicate task status to requesters and maintain system logs
- Support customer setup and integration with sales prospect data
- Update and maintain contact records for existing accounts
- Review and organize certification documents for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor customer involvement in privacy regulations and update records accordingly
- Assess trademark violation cases and validate findings
- Review GPS upsell opportunities for accuracy and completeness
- Support client report generation and fulfill ad hoc data requests
- Contribute to special projects aligned with business goals
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in client services, account management, or a related field. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex issues efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required. Familiarity with internet technologies such as HTML, FTP, cookies, and web beacons is essential. Experience with ERP systems like Netsuite, Jira, or Salesforce is highly valued. Knowledge of privacy management practices or data governance frameworks is a plus.
