Role Overview
This position is a vital part of the Compliance Department’s Audit and Corrections team, responsible for leading audit coordination and corrective action initiatives. Reporting to the Compliance Director, Correction, the Senior Compliance Analyst ensures adherence to regulatory and client requirements through effective planning, execution, and follow-up of audit-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and management of health plan and regulatory audits, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Oversee the development and implementation of corrective action plans in response to audit findings
- Conduct mock audits to prepare internal teams for regulatory and client reviews
- Manage on-site and virtual audit logistics, including scheduling, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Track and report on audit progress, findings, and resolution status to compliance and operations leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify audit-related information within established timelines
- Interpret regulatory and contractual obligations and communicate requirements to relevant business units
- Develop and distribute compliance materials to support organizational understanding of audit processes
- Maintain accurate records of all audit activities and corrective actions in compliance tracking systems
- Partner with Legal Counsel when necessary to address complex regulatory issues
- Provide regular updates on audit outcomes and compliance trends through written and verbal reports
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience. A minimum of three years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or audit support within a regulated industry—particularly in healthcare, managed care, or government—is required. Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial benefit regulations is preferred. Candidates should possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently under deadlines, and effective problem-solving skills. Candidates must have reliable internet access (50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload when hardwired) and be able to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation varies by geographic zone: Zone A ranges from $55,790 to $92,990; Zone B from $60,810 to $101,350; and Zone C from $65,420 to $109,040. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commission, and a 401(k) with company match.
