Drive growth in the Western U.S. construction market as a Sales Territory Manager for our Polyurethanes Division. This remote position focuses on expanding spray foam sales across Arizona, California, and Nevada, with a strong emphasis on contractor and distributor engagement. You'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding annual sales targets by building lasting customer relationships and delivering tailored business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business plans to exceed sales quotas in your territory
- Engage regularly with contractors, distributors, and specifiers to promote product specifications and reinforce value propositions
- Lead persuasive sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers
- Create and negotiate clear, effective business proposals aligned with customer needs
- Stay informed on competitive pricing and market strategies, providing actionable insights
- Represent the company at industry events and promotional activities
- Ensure accurate pricing models and proposals are consistently applied
- Maintain timely administrative follow-up, including Salesforce updates, expense reporting, and performance tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
- Minimum of five years in outside sales, preferably in construction materials, insulation, or spray foam
- Residency required in Arizona or Nevada — relocation assistance is not provided
- Approximately 75% travel within the region
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States
- Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce

- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
