As an Institutional Sales Associate, you will play a key role in expanding client relationships across Switzerland’s financial and corporate sectors. Based in Geneva, Lausanne, or Zurich, you’ll identify and engage high-potential prospects within buy-side institutions, blockchain organizations, and sell-side issuers, guiding them through the full sales journey.
What You'll Do
- Research and target key market segments including hedge funds, family offices, corporates, and foundations to uncover new business opportunities
- Lead outbound outreach through email, phone, and digital channels to introduce digital asset infrastructure solutions
- Prepare customized presentations and proposals that align with client needs and technical requirements
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to follow-up and conversion, ensuring consistent communication
- Explain advanced concepts in digital assets—including custody, tokenization, staking, and derivatives—in clear, accessible terms
- Use Salesforce to maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline stages, and forecasting data
- Support client onboarding and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments, sharing insights across internal teams
- Help refine sales workflows by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field
- 2–5 years of client-facing experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset ecosystems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience managing multiple prospects and maintaining precise records
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Self-driven approach with a focus on accountability and client success
- Fluency in German or French is highly preferred
