As an Advisory Solutions Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting traditional financial expertise with the emerging world of digital assets. You'll guide accounting firms and enterprise clients through the complexities of crypto accounting, from regulatory shifts to implementation challenges, ensuring they can confidently adopt compliant, forward-thinking practices.
What You’ll Do
- Track and interpret changes in digital asset accounting standards, regulations, and institutional approaches, then translate them into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Break down intricate accounting concepts into clear, practical guidance through documentation, training, and direct consultation.
- Partner with financial institutions to support them from initial strategy through execution, helping them integrate digital asset accounting into their operations.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure features reflect real-world accounting workflows and client needs.
- Provide ongoing support, onboarding, and training to accounting partners, building their confidence in using digital asset tools.
- Serve as a trusted internal resource when complex accounting questions arise across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional accounting experience.
- A strong interest in cryptocurrency and digital asset technologies.
- Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability in fast-moving environments where direction evolves and details aren’t always predefined.
Nice to Have
- CPA certification.
- Prior experience at a Big 4 or midsize accounting firm.
- Background in finance at a crypto-focused company.
