What You’ll Do
- Help prepare and file tax returns, ensuring clients meet all compliance requirements
- Translate complex tax rules into clear, actionable advice for clients
- Communicate with HMRC on filings, reliefs, and client inquiries
- Build strong relationships by listening to clients and understanding their objectives
- Stay current with evolving tax legislation and assess how changes affect client strategies
- Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and client experience
- Pursue a professional qualification such as ACA/CTA or ATT/CTA through structured study and on-the-job learning
What We’re Looking For
You’re completing or have completed a degree and have at least three A Levels, including one in a numerical or business-related subject. You’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with numbers, and follow processes with care. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in tax are essential.
You’re comfortable reaching out to clients, asking questions, and managing multiple tasks like data processing, follow-ups, and workload priorities. You’re also adaptable, eager to support your team, and committed to balancing work with study demands.
