Role Overview
This position is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and testing of core business applications within a hybrid work model. As a technical lead, you will act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure system reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to expert for critical business applications, providing day-to-day support and supplier coordination
- Design and implement application configurations to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with lenders to test integrations involving core systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across platforms such as Quest, SurveyHub, SurveyBooker, and Sunrise, coordinating with vendors when necessary
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for application updates and new releases
- Support the Change Management process by ensuring compliance with established procedures
- Maintain accurate records in the request and ticketing system for all changes and incidents
- Follow the Request For Change (RFC) protocol for all workflow and application modifications
- Ensure adherence to the organization’s information security policies, aligned with ISO27001 standards
- Work collaboratively within the IT team to support shared goals and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A solid understanding of change control processes is essential.
Preferred applicants will have prior experience as a power user or support lead for integrated business systems, with proven ability in designing solutions, configuring software, and executing test plans to meet stakeholder requirements.
