As a Spa Receptionist, you ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the highest level of care and refinement. Your role is central to maintaining smooth spa operations, from coordinating appointments to delivering thoughtful, individualized service that enhances each wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold exceptional service standards across all guest interactions at the spa
- Deliver warm and professional arrivals and departures, tailored to each guest’s needs
- Manage booking schedules to optimize therapist availability and treatment room usage
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming reception area in alignment with luxury expectations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records with discretion
- Advise guests on spa treatments, wellness offerings, and retail products with confidence
- Support revenue goals through informed recommendations and service promotion
- Follow established protocols for grooming, conduct, and operational duties
Qualifications
Candidates should bring 1–2 years of experience in spa reception, front office, or a high-end hospitality setting. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a strong asset. You must demonstrate clear communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a natural commitment to guest care.
Attention to detail, professionalism in appearance, and flexibility to work varied shifts—including weekends and holidays—are essential. Prior experience in luxury wellness environments is preferred.
