What You’ll Do
- Investigate public records, official websites, and property documents to extract accurate building and ownership details
- Reach out to real estate contacts across the United States via phone and email to confirm data points
- Track changes in occupancy, transactions, and financing using internal systems
- Ensure property records are correctly linked and updated in the platform

- Completed high school education
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in data handling
- Clear communication skills when engaging with professionals
- Natural curiosity and the ability to think critically about property trends
- No prior experience needed—comprehensive training is provided
