Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation through strategic, personalized outreach. Your primary focus will be identifying high-potential prospects, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up discovery meetings that fuel the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target companies to understand their brand, market position, and alignment with offered services
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other research tools
- Write and send customized outreach messages via email and LinkedIn, avoiding generic templates
- Develop compelling sales copy that emphasizes relevance, clarity, and engagement
- Initiate and manage initial conversations with potential clients
- Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team
- Schedule discovery calls and, when needed, lead early-stage discussions (with provided training)
- Keep HubSpot CRM updated with accurate notes, outreach history, and pipeline data
- Manage outreach sequences in HubSpot while prioritizing personalization
- Test and refine messaging to improve response and meeting conversion rates
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to outreach efforts
- Stay informed about trends in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to align messaging and targeting
- Attend sales meetings and performance reviews
- Share insights and suggestions to enhance prospecting strategies and outreach frameworks
Requirements
- Ability to commit full-time with consistent availability during standard business hours
- Maintain an average of 140 tracked hours per month
- Provide a 30-day notice period after completing the first two months
- Complete an initial two-month trial period, paid at full rate
Tools & Technology
Proficiency with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot is essential. Experience navigating CRM workflows and outreach automation while maintaining a personal tone is highly valued.
Compensation & Terms
- Fixed monthly rate paid in USD
- Contractor status granted after signing a non-disclosure agreement
- Exclusivity agreement in place during engagement
- Performance reviews conducted regularly, with the first review between 3–6 months
