As Growth Marketing Manager, you will shape and deliver marketing initiatives that directly fuel pipeline and revenue across a full-funnel lifecycle. You’ll lead campaigns spanning email, paid media, organic content, webinars, referrals, and partner channels, with a focus on measurable impact and conversion efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage integrated marketing programs that generate demand and accelerate customer progression from awareness to closed-won and expansion stages
- Design and refine lifecycle marketing strategies, including lead nurturing, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns
- Own the marketing calendar, aligning campaign timing and messaging with business goals and sales cycles
- Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on lead quality, funnel metrics, and attribution
- Partner with Customer Experience and Product teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Run structured experiments to improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline quality
- Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies to ensure paid strategies support broader revenue objectives
- Launch co-marketing initiatives with technology and referral partners to expand reach
- Monitor and report on KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline influence
- Stay current with B2B SaaS demand trends, bringing fresh, actionable insights to the team
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation, lifecycle, or revenue marketing
- Proven success scaling multi-channel campaigns beyond paid media
- Strong experience in full-funnel email and nurture programs
- Familiarity with both product-led and sales-led growth models
- Targeting SMB or mid-market segments, not exclusively enterprise
- Revenue-focused mindset—measuring success by pipeline quality and growth, not just volume
- Skilled in data analysis and translating metrics into strategy
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar marketing platforms
- Comfortable blending strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Open to experimenting with AI tools to improve marketing performance
Preferred Background
- Experience in customer marketing, partner programs, or expansion revenue
- Industry knowledge in health-tech or dental software
