About the Role

Drive strategic expansion in the construction staffing industry through high-impact client relationships and market-focused planning. This senior-level role is central to shaping and executing growth initiatives across key markets, working directly with decision makers and leadership teams to scale performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships by engaging senior stakeholders, then transitioning relationships to local teams for ongoing management
  • Design and implement market entry strategies to increase client acquisition and conversion rates
  • Partner with regional leaders to assess and refine sales approaches, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to enhance account outcomes and long-term client success

Qualifications

Candidates must bring direct experience in the staffing sector, particularly within skilled trades, manufacturing, or industrial environments. A proven track record in B2B business development or client management is essential. While recruiting experience is not required, success in sales-driven roles is critical.

  • Deep understanding of staffing models, including client engagement, workforce solutions, and account lifecycle management
  • Strong sales background with measurable achievements in business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on relationship building
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or similar tools
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred, though extensive industry experience may substitute. Minimum of five years in a sales or client-facing development role within staffing is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This is a remote, field-based position requiring regular travel. Professionals must be self-driven, goal-focused, and comfortable operating independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
