Shape meaningful partnerships with nonprofit organizations as a Sr. Account Executive. You’ll guide prospects through every stage of the sales journey—from initial discovery to closing—helping them understand how technology can amplify their mission. Your success will be measured by consistent quota achievement, accurate forecasting, and building a pipeline that exceeds twice your target.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including live demonstrations, needs analysis, and negotiation
- Maintain a high-velocity pipeline with precise Salesforce tracking and forecasting within 10% accuracy
- Build credibility in the nonprofit space by deeply understanding client challenges and goals
- Communicate the value of software solutions in a way that aligns with organizational objectives
- Collaborate across teams to ensure technical requirements are met and customer trust is strengthened
What We’re Looking For
You have a proven background in SaaS sales, ideally serving nonprofit or B2B clients. You’re driven to exceed targets—consistently hitting at least 95% of your annual quota—and thrive in a feedback-rich environment. Proficiency with Salesforce is essential, as is a commitment to continuous learning and client education.
Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus, and you’re passionate about using technology to drive social impact. You’re comfortable working remotely, self-managed yet collaborative, and aligned with core values of simplicity, empathy, and action.
