Regional Marketing Coordinator – Field Events & Demand Generation
This role is responsible for planning and managing field marketing events across North America, ensuring seamless execution from concept to close. You’ll oversee end-to-end logistics, including venue coordination, catering, vendor management, budget tracking, and on-site operations to deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute multiple in-person events per month across diverse industries and locations, managing all logistical components to ensure smooth delivery
- Track event performance metrics, promotional inventory, shipping schedules, and expenses to maintain accountability and efficiency
- Research regional opportunities for partnerships and events, building relationships with vendors and stakeholders to expand outreach
- Use tools like Asana, Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom, and Microsoft Suite to coordinate timelines, communications, and assets across teams
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align event strategy with business goals, brand standards, and budget requirements
- Support promotional campaigns by coordinating signage, swag distribution, and messaging with email and social teams
- Represent the company at events, handling setup, on-site management, and breakdown, including physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds
- Maintain reliable transportation for business travel and local event support
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience in event coordination or demand generation
- Minimum of 2 years in lead generation, field marketing, or a fast-paced sales support role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and clear communication
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working with B2B SaaS marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with Pardot, Zoom, Asana, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce
Work Environment
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with required in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The position involves regular travel and physical activity during events.
