As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the client experience from onboarding through long-term partnership. Your primary focus will be nurturing relationships with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact, and guiding them to realize measurable value from the platform and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor for your portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Design and implement strategies to increase platform adoption and program utilization.
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person presentations to client employees, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Monitor client health using performance metrics such as NPS and Health Scores to proactively address concerns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Financial Guides to align on client goals and deliver seamless support.
- Advocate internally for client feedback, ensuring their needs shape product and service improvements.
- Negotiate renewals and lead expansion opportunities, contributing directly to retention and revenue growth.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or technical support—ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed renewal and growth targets.
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational precision and project management discipline, with attention to detail.
- A genuine commitment to helping organizations improve financial well-being through digital tools and support.
- Ability to learn software quickly and train others effectively.
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience in fintech, personal finance, or employee benefits.
