This position plays a key role in advancing the reach of acute care and monitoring technologies within the Hyderabad region. The representative will actively promote products to healthcare professionals and distributors, consistently working to meet and exceed sales targets while deepening market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions within an assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital staff, and distribution partners
- Conduct market assessments to track competitor activity and inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback on product performance and potential improvements
- Support the development of new accounts and expansion of existing ones through consultative selling
- Contribute to the design and execution of market development initiatives aligned with business goals
- Assist in structuring contracts by coordinating with sales, finance, and marketing functions
- Guide junior team members and provide operational input to enhance sales effectiveness
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least six years of relevant experience, an Associate’s Degree with four years, or a Bachelor’s Degree with two years of experience. Preferred backgrounds include sales, clinical roles, or other experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
