As a Brand Ambassador for a men's accessories line, you'll serve as the primary point of contact across retail locations in Orange County. Your focus will be on maintaining strong in-store presence, ensuring products are well-positioned, and supporting sales through effective merchandising and staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure optimal product placement in accordance with brand and client standards
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Enhance visual displays and adhere to plan-o-gram guidelines
- Capture and submit digital photos of displays weekly
- Report completed assignments the same day via the company’s online system
- Deliver weekly market intelligence updates to your manager
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and product placement
- Identify gaps in product assortment and communicate restocking needs
- Conduct informal and formal training sessions for store staff on product features and benefits
- Engage directly with customers to promote and sell items
- Maintain consistent communication with management via phone and email
- Apply data-driven selling techniques to measure performance by store and brand
- Develop and implement creative strategies to grow in-store business
- Manage time efficiently across in-store hours, administrative tasks, and travel
- Follow all store policies, including vendor check-in procedures and dress code
Physical and Logistical Requirements
You must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends based on client needs. The role involves prolonged stationary periods, frequent movement of merchandise up to 50 pounds, handling carts weighing up to 300 pounds, and regular use of stairs or ladders. You'll also need access to a personal computer with internet and email capabilities.
