Role OverviewJoin a team dedicated to advancing pelvic health care by supporting the successful integration of innovative overactive bladder therapies. In this role, you will work directly with healthcare professionals to ensure effective use of cutting-edge medical technologies, focusing on long-term therapy adoption and procedural success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process for new pelvic health therapies in targeted accounts, tracking outcomes and driving sustained usage.
- Train and support physicians and clinical staff on proper device use, including intraoperative guidance and troubleshooting.
- Deliver technical education to enhance understanding of sacral and percutaneous tibial neuromodulation systems.
- Monitor procedural performance and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and medical education teams to align on therapy development strategies.
- Develop customized plans for each account to promote independence and program growth.
- Act as a primary point of contact between clinical teams and internal stakeholders, resolving issues and sharing best practices.
- Stay current with clinical research, surgical advancements, and product updates to support evidence-based adoption.
- Participate in physician training events, including hands-on cadaver labs, and distribute approved educational materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during procedures in operating rooms, ambulatory surgery centers, and office settings.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 8+ years of relevant experience, an Associate’s Degree with 6+ years, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years. Experience should be in medical devices, medtech, or healthcare. A valid driver’s license is required due to frequent local and regional travel, which accounts for over half of work time.

Work Environment
This is a remote position based in Houston, TX. The candidate must reside within the territory and be prepared to travel frequently to multiple clinical sites across the region.
