Vietnam Remote (Country) Contract

Visit.org is hiring an Event & Operations Coordinator (Remote- based in Vietnam)

About the Role

This is a temporary 3-month remote position based in Vietnam, focused on coordinating events and supporting Shopify order fulfillment. You will act as a central point for managing event booking requests from corporate partners and internal teams, ensuring all logistical details are confirmed and communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming event booking inquiries and coordinate scheduling with nonprofit partners and account managers
  • Communicate regularly with nonprofit organizations to verify event details and manage changes
  • Prepare event layouts, suggest room setups, and support end-to-end event planning
  • Develop deep knowledge of the experiences offered on our platform to guide stakeholders accurately
  • Collaborate on event production tasks including host coordination, calendar management, and logistics scheduling
  • Train and prepare on-site event teams to ensure readiness and consistency
  • Support Shopify order processing by monitoring incoming orders and ensuring timely handoff to fulfillment centers
  • Identify and resolve fulfillment issues such as shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and returns
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and fulfillment partners, tracking order statuses and sharing updates
  • Provide real-time support during events and operational workflows
  • Contribute feedback and process improvements across departments
  • Escalate and troubleshoot risks to ensure events and deliveries proceed on schedule
  • Occasional local travel to nearby events may be required, if available

Requirements

  • Currently residing in Vietnam with reliable remote work setup
  • Available to work between 12 PM and 9 AM GMT+7, with flexibility for team meetings
  • High level of accuracy and consistency in managing multiple workflows
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to build and refine systems in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is essential

Compensation & Benefits

This is a contract role with up to 40 hours per week.
