In this remote role, you’ll engage with Italian-speaking customers to sell cruise packages, enhance bookings through thoughtful upselling, and provide clear answers on destinations, documentation, pricing, and vessel details.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end booking processes and support post-booking inquiries with accuracy and care
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer value by recommending tailored cruise options and add-ons
- Assist travel agents and individual clients with booking coordination and information requests
- Deliver consistent service that meets quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
- Collaborate in initiatives that improve service delivery and user experience
- Follow client-specific guidelines while maintaining a focus on operational excellence
What You Bring
- Fluency in Italian (C1 level), both spoken and written, with strong English (B2)
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills for clear, professional interactions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solving approach to address customer needs effectively
