This full-time, 100% remote position offers a meaningful career serving working-class communities across Michigan. You’ll connect directly with members who have requested information, guiding them through available options and helping them choose coverage that meets their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Host virtual meetings with union members interested in benefits enrollment
- Clearly explain life insurance and supplemental benefit programs
- Support families in selecting and enrolling in appropriate coverage
- Develop lasting, trust-based relationships with policyholders
- Maintain compliance with Michigan’s licensing and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- Must be a U.S. resident
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently
- Open to feedback and structured learning
- Willingness to obtain a Michigan life insurance license—we’ll support you through the process
Preferred Background
Experience in customer service, sales, skilled trades, military service, public sector roles, or union-affiliated work is a plus.
