Work from home as a Benefits Specialist, guiding pre-qualified individuals through supplemental life insurance options via scheduled Zoom sessions. Your role is to clearly explain coverage details, support informed decision-making, and assist with enrollment—all in a structured, supportive remote environment.
What You’ll Do
- Host virtual appointments with clients who have already expressed interest
- Review benefit plans in a clear, professional manner
- Support clients through enrollment and answer follow-up questions
- Manage your schedule and documentation independently
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development
What We Require
- Valid state-issued life insurance license
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-discipline to thrive in a remote setting
- High level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred Background
Experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive onboarding to help you succeed.
Compensation & Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position with income based on renewals. You’ll work with clients who have proactively requested information, eliminating the need for cold outreach. Advancement is tied to performance, with clear pathways for growth. Training and support are provided from day one.
