We are looking for a dedicated HR People Operations Specialist to help maintain the foundation of our People function in a fully remote, globally distributed environment. In this role, you will manage essential HR operations that support team members across time zones and regions, ensuring processes run efficiently and with care.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding and offboarding for new and departing team members
- Maintain up-to-date and secure personnel records in alignment with company standards
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and accurate data flow
- Manage HR systems and tools to support data tracking, reporting, and process efficiency
- Monitor time-off requests, leave balances, and compliance with local and company policies
- Respond to employee inquiries with clarity and empathy, serving as a trusted point of contact
- Support the implementation and adherence to HR policies across a diverse, international workforce
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, people & engagement, or project coordination roles
- Proven ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote setting with strong organizational discipline
- Experience using HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and collaborative software to manage data and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy
- Clear and effective communication skills in English, especially when explaining HR topics to non-specialists
- A trustworthy, people-first approach with a commitment to privacy and data security
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments where processes evolve with company growth
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with or interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech-driven organizations
