As a Portuguese (Brazil) Content Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of digital books and podcasts. Your work will focus on content curation, metadata accuracy, and platform consistency, ensuring alignment with defined client standards in a remote, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and advanced curation tasks for written and audio content, refining processes to support efficiency and precision.
- Identify, document, and report content or metadata issues using internal database systems following established protocols.
- Respond to and manage escalated issues related to content quality, platform performance, and data integrity.
- Balance task prioritization and workload distribution across a distributed team to maintain consistent coverage and output.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, workflow documentation, and training resources to support team performance.
- Analyze existing processes to detect inefficiencies and implement improvements that reduce error rates and enhance productivity.
- Ensure all work meets project-specific quality benchmarks and is completed within designated timelines.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work securely from home within the United States and possess valid work authorization.
- Native or fully bilingual proficiency in both Portuguese (Brazil) and English, including strong writing and cultural understanding.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a consistent focus on detail and quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating websites and networks across browsers.
- Willingness to engage with diverse content, including material that may be sensitive or controversial.
Work Environment
This is a remote position based in the US, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST. The role uses tools including Microsoft Office, internal databases, and the NIMO™ platform. You’ll work within a collaborative, fast-moving team dedicated to AI safety, inclusivity, and cross-lingual reliability, with ongoing calibration and performance assessment to support growth.
