Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper located in Mexico or Central America to manage the financial records of multiple U.S.-based clients. In this fully remote role, you'll ensure accuracy in daily transactions, support tax compliance, and help small business owners make informed financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly accounting entries in QuickBooks Online with precision and consistency.
- Prepare and submit sales tax filings on schedule.
- Review and generate financial statements to reflect each client’s current standing.
- Work closely with account managers to deliver timely data for client consultations.
- Keep client records well-organized and audit-ready at all times.
- Follow internal workflows to meet deadlines and maintain quality across all tasks.
- Assist with special projects that improve financial visibility and client empowerment.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience using QuickBooks Online, along with strong skills in Word, Excel, and related tools.
- Background in bookkeeping or client-focused accounting services.
- High accuracy and pride in delivering error-free work.
- Ability to manage several clients simultaneously without missing deadlines.

Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates in Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Panama.
