We're seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our reach and connect with organizations in need of modern workforce management solutions. In this fully remote role, you’ll take the lead in generating new business through proactive outreach, building relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact onward.
What You’ll Do
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily and manage targeted email campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
- Reach and surpass daily activity goals for calls, messages, and qualified leads in line with team objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to clearly explain their value and address customer needs.
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records in Salesforce to support team alignment and pipeline tracking.
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent client engagement.
- Support key initiatives that contribute to team and company success.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building connections.
- Excellent organizational abilities and consistent follow-through on daily tasks.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Self-motivation and a results-focused approach to achieving goals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms—Salesforce experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
