Work as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in a 100% remote outpatient setting, providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients across Alabama. What You’ll Do
- Deliver remote psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing medication management
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide supportive therapy and educate patients about mental health conditions
- Document care efficiently using electronic medical records
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists within a unified care network
- Maintain consistent clinical judgment without pressure to increase patient volume
What We’re Looking For
- Current board certification as a PMHNP-BC
- Unrestricted license with full practice authority in Alabama
- At least four years of post-graduate experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
- Experience with telepsychiatry and EMR systems
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to team-based, evidence-based care

Compensation
Total annual earnings range from $180,000 to $215,000+, combining base salary and monthly productivity incentives. A guaranteed incentive period supports smooth onboarding. The role operates entirely remotely, with full control over weekly availability.
