Position Overview
Lead the commercial expansion of a groundbreaking therapy for early-stage bladder cancer as a Uro Oncology Business Manager based in Houston, TX. You will be responsible for advancing clinical adoption of the treatment across urology clinics, integrated delivery networks, and academic medical centers within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement targeted sales strategies to increase usage among physicians treating eligible patients, focusing on evidence-based communication and appropriate patient identification.
- Establish trusted relationships with healthcare providers through consistent engagement, education, and support.
- Deliver comprehensive training on product dosing, administration protocols, and expected treatment outcomes to relevant medical staff.
- Assess prescribing patterns and identify obstacles to adoption, then develop actionable plans to address them.
- Apply approved marketing materials and digital tools to tailor outreach efforts by account type and prescriber profile.
- Organize and lead educational speaker programs featuring top clinicians within the region.
- Collaborate with internal partners to refine territory strategy and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance in all interactions and maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes.
- Stay current on disease-state developments and product data to effectively communicate clinical value.
- Support payer and reimbursement inquiries using company-approved resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of six years in the healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- At least four years of direct experience in urology or urologic oncology settings.
- Valid driver’s license must be held and maintained.
- Experience in early-stage biopharma companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with buy-and-build business models is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a locally based role in Houston, TX, with remote flexibility. Regular overnight travel and use of a personal vehicle for business purposes are required.

- Base salary: $195,700 annually, regardless of experience level.
