Drive creator growth through data and strategy — As a Creator Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-impact creators, focusing on maximizing revenue, reducing churn, and increasing long-term value. Using performance data, you’ll identify monetization opportunities, spot adoption gaps, and create customized growth plans tailored to individual creator goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-informed strategies to grow revenue and improve retention across your creator portfolio.
- Analyze performance metrics to diagnose challenges, uncover opportunities, and recommend clear next steps.
- Proactively manage at-risk creators through targeted re-engagement and retention initiatives.
- Align creator objectives with platform capabilities to drive product adoption and unlock new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams to advocate for creator needs and influence platform improvements.
- Represent the creator perspective in cross-functional projects, ensuring feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Track account insights, forecast performance, and maintain accurate records using HubSpot and related tools.
- Stay informed on trends in the creator economy, emerging monetization models, and platform best practices.
- Test and refine strategies continuously to improve outcomes and share learnings across the team.
Qualifications
You bring 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, or creator partnerships, with a proven ability to grow revenue through data analysis and relationship ownership. You’re skilled at turning insights into action, thrive in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively across teams. A background in influencer or affiliate marketing is essential, along with experience in creator success roles. Proficiency in data analysis, G-Suite, and CRM platforms like HubSpot is strongly preferred.
This role supports a hybrid work model with office locations in Boston, MA; Vancouver, BC; Chicago, IL; and Vancouver, WA. Fully remote options are available for eligible positions. The base salary range is $75,000–$95,000, plus bonus and stock options for permanent team members. Compensation is reviewed biannually based on performance and market conditions.
