Role Overview:
We seek a strategic Digital Account Director to manage and expand our premium client portfolio. The role focuses on nurturing high-value customers, delivering sophisticated digital marketing solutions, and driving business growth across Yorkshire and Humberside.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage elite customer portfolios with annual spending between £8,000 - £70,000
• Develop targeted advertising programs meeting clients' specific needs
• Collaborate with Field Sales Manager and Business Development Managers
• Drive referral opportunities and support team training
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
• Facilitate training and onboarding programs
• Implement best practices within sales team
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years managing high-value digital advertising accounts
• Proven digital sales performance track record
• Strategic digital marketing understanding
• Strong communication and complex information explanation skills
• Emotional intelligence and collaborative approach
