TUR 3M Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. is hiring a Key Account Supervisor, Personal Safety Division, Istanbul Anatolian side (m/f/*)

About the Role

What You'll Do

Take ownership of sales performance in your assigned territory on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, focusing on 3M’s Personal Safety Division product portfolio. You will drive customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and operational workflows.

Collaborate closely with internal engineering and support teams to integrate 3M technologies into customer processes. Your role includes managing the full sales cycle independently, from initial engagement to implementation, ensuring consistent growth in account value, pipeline strength, and revenue.

Support the expansion of the Personal Safety Sales team by sharing insights, learning from peers, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll also use CRM tools to track activities, plan outreach, and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

You must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and have a demonstrated background in sales and key account management. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex customer organizations, build trust across multiple levels, and translate technical capabilities into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial markets or B2B technical sales
  • Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in English and experience using CRM systems
  • Self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving measurable results
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 60% of the time

The Total Cash Compensation package includes a base salary (70%) and a performance-based Sales Incentive Plan (30%), paid quarterly based on individual results. This reflects our commitment to rewarding impact and accountability.

Work Mode

This role is based in Istanbul, with a preference for candidates located on the Anatolian side. Regular domestic travel is expected, up to 60%, to meet customers and support field activities.
