We're searching for motivated, proactive Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team. Role Responsibilities:
• New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through self-generated and company-provided leads
• Customized Solution Design: Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to comprehensively understand customer requirements
• Deal Closure: Present, negotiate, and finalize agreements with new and existing clients
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships, ensuring seamless customer experience
• Strategic Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive reviews to uncover growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrated sales success in Field Sales or High-Performance Telesales
• Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
• Resilience and positive approach to overcoming challenges
• Superior verbal and written presentation skills
• Solution selling or SaaS experience preferred
• Full UK driving license with maximum 6 points
Compensation and Benefits:
• Base Salary: £35,875
• Car Allowance: £5,200-£6,200
• Uncapped earning potential
