As a User Acquisition Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for subscription-based mobile applications. Your primary focus will be driving scalable and profitable user growth through strategic media buying across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for subscription-based products
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns with a monthly spend of at least $300,000
- Continuously test and refine creatives, audience segments, and budget allocations to improve ROI and lower customer acquisition costs
- Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs including CAC, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
- Use data from analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Amplitude to inform decisions and strategy adjustments
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and data analysts to align on objectives and improve campaign outcomes
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Stay current with industry developments, emerging tools, and best practices in digital advertising
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners involved in campaign creation and delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in media buying or user acquisition
- Proven experience managing large budgets across digital ad platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting results to internal teams
