About the Role

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for subscription-based mobile applications. Your primary focus will be driving scalable and profitable user growth through strategic media buying across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for subscription-based products
  • Manage and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns with a monthly spend of at least $300,000
  • Continuously test and refine creatives, audience segments, and budget allocations to improve ROI and lower customer acquisition costs
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs including CAC, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
  • Use data from analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Amplitude to inform decisions and strategy adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and data analysts to align on objectives and improve campaign outcomes
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry developments, emerging tools, and best practices in digital advertising
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners involved in campaign creation and delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in media buying or user acquisition
  • Proven experience managing large budgets across digital ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting results to internal teams
