Shape the future of performance advertising for European retailers as part of a growing digital media team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of Google Shopping and Bing Ads campaigns, ensuring clients maximize return on ad spend through precise campaign execution and optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and manage Google Shopping campaigns using Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, and Analytics, ensuring accurate data flow and campaign performance.
- Advise clients and internal teams on feed configuration, audience targeting, and campaign structure, including advanced formats like Performance Max and Local Inventory Ads.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and Google support, minimizing campaign downtime.
- Work closely with sales to build compelling client proposals, offering insight into technical feasibility and past performance trends.
- Stay current with evolving Google advertising tools and apply new knowledge quickly to client strategies.
- Support onboarding processes and help refine workflows between sales and operations to enhance client experience.
- Balancing multiple priorities, you’ll manage small-scale projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Norwegian or Swedish fluency, with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Excel and translate insights into actionable steps.
- High attention to detail, with precision in managing large data sets and digital configurations.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues in digital advertising platforms.
- Flexibility to collaborate within cross-functional teams and work independently when needed.
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- German language proficiency or familiarity with other European languages.
- Prior experience managing paid campaigns on Google or social platforms.
