Lead Generation Specialist (Mexico or LATAM) – Fully Remote
Role Overview
In this position, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. You'll work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating in English with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients through phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Source qualified leads using online channels, referrals, events, and social media
- Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date with detailed client interactions
- Follow up consistently with prospects using email, SMS, and phone outreach
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead qualification with campaign goals
- Research industry trends and customer behavior to improve targeting strategies
- Help define and refine lead qualification criteria to improve conversion rates
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support lead development efforts
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in lead generation or appointment setting with international clients
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Excellent communication abilities across phone, email, and instant messaging
- Experience with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and online marketing platforms
- Familiarity with cloud services, desktop sharing tools, and digital scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software
- Reliable home setup including a noise-canceling USB headset, working webcam, and stable internet connection
- Main computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, plus backup device
- Wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, with a backup connection of 10 Mbps minimum
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
