Join a supportive and inclusive team as a Bilingual Executive Assistant, working remotely from Mexico or another LATAM country. This role offers full-time flexibility with 20–40 hours per week, supporting executive leaders through a range of administrative responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations by managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and organizing critical business information.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and log company expenses accurately.
- Conduct research on market trends and industry practices, then summarize findings into actionable reports.
- Organize digital files, maintain CRM data, and transcribe audio as needed.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by compiling lead lists, managing campaign data, and preparing meeting summaries.
- Book travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation, and create detailed itineraries.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage email correspondence with professionalism.
- Produce reports and presentation materials by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage online profiles, and address feedback as directed.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
What You’ll Need
- At least three years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite executives.
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
- Strong written and verbal English skills (minimum B2 level).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Calendar, CRM platforms, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with desktop sharing and remote communication technologies.
