As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clients in Canada and Mexico. Working remotely, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and a strong advocate for candidates, guiding each search with strategic insight and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead candidate selection by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while collecting timely feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop a deep bench of qualified talent through proactive research, ongoing relationship management, and insight into hiring trends.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Present compelling talent recommendations and help navigate hiring challenges and objections.
- Advise clients on final decisions, compensation considerations, and process improvements to support successful outcomes.
- Track and meet weekly and monthly hiring targets, ensuring consistent delivery against goals.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate reports to support performance tracking.
