Role Overview
This position is responsible for supporting recruitment delivery by proactively sourcing and engaging qualified professionals across various industries and experience levels. As a remote specialist based in Mexico, you will work closely with internal recruiters and external clients to fulfill talent needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply innovative sourcing methods to locate skilled candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Use advanced search techniques across multiple digital channels, including social media, job boards, and specialized databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture.
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines tailored to specific roles and client requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the applicant tracking system, including candidate notes, status changes, and reporting data.
- Support special initiatives and process improvements as needed by the recruitment team.
- Foster positive relationships with both candidates and client stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-up.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets in a fast-moving, metric-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Capable of adapting quickly to shifting priorities and changing demands.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking systems, and online recruitment tools.
- Prior experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Mexico. You will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform daily responsibilities. The role uses standard digital tools including MS Suite, social media platforms, and recruitment-specific software.
