What You'll Do
Review incoming client requests and court subpoenas, verifying completeness and accuracy before entry into the system. Prepare, scan, and process authorizations and subpoena documents in accordance with jurisdiction-specific rules. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and clarifying deficiencies in submitted materials. Identify and resolve issues related to order processing, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication. Prioritize assignments based on deadlines and case urgency. Support workflow efficiency by confirming correct destinations for record requests and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in medical record retrieval, customer service, call center operations, collections, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web-based research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
- Skill in resolving client concerns efficiently and professionally
- Ability to learn and apply complex court-specific subpoena guidelines
- Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Benefits
Compensation for this role ranges from USD $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, with final placement determined by factors such as experience, skills, location, and business needs. This position does not include equity. The total compensation package may include additional components based on role and eligibility.
