This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication and solution alignment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts in the assigned territory
- Identify expansion opportunities within current client organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and strategic business reviews
- Develop account plans for key clients to support long-term growth
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate timely resolutions
- Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Stay informed about product updates and market trends
- Support onboarding processes for newly acquired customers
- Coordinate with technical teams during post-sale implementation
- Present product capabilities to customer stakeholders
- Address customer concerns to improve retention and satisfaction
- Participate in regional sales strategy meetings
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and reports
- Engage in proactive outreach to dormant accounts
- Ensure compliance with licensing and contractual agreements
- Facilitate renewals and upsell discussions before contract expiration
- Represent the company at local industry events or meetings
- Work cross-functionally to resolve service delivery issues
- Promote customer success stories internally and externally
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product teams
