What You'll Do
Support bank customers by addressing inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and services with accuracy and professionalism. Guide clients through online and mobile banking tools to promote self-service and improve digital engagement. Authenticate callers securely and safeguard sensitive financial information in compliance with regulatory standards.
Resolve customer concerns during initial contact whenever possible by applying strong problem-solving skills and collaborating with internal teams when necessary. Document interactions thoroughly, including complaints and escalations, following established procedures. Accurately categorize and log call details using required metadata and wrap-up codes to maintain operational integrity.
Assist with basic technical support for ATMs, debit cards, and third-party services. Share information about available banking products and services to help customers make informed decisions. Participate in performance reviews and coaching sessions to continuously improve service delivery and meet team goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for clear and effective customer interactions. You must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across different systems under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—is necessary. Familiarity with online and mobile banking platforms and bill payment systems is expected. You should be comfortable working in a structured call center environment with consistent scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and remote shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
