What You'll Do
Act as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients, diagnosing technical challenges through email and video interactions. You'll apply deep understanding of Airtable’s platform to guide users through solutions, ensuring their workflows run efficiently and effectively.
Listen closely to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining a high standard of service. When issues require deeper expertise, you’ll coordinate escalations thoughtfully, ensuring continuity and swift outcomes.
Document every interaction and technical detail in Salesforce, identifying patterns that inform both support strategy and product development. Contribute to internal knowledge resources by refining documentation based on real-world use cases and recurring questions.
Stay current with platform updates and new features, then translate that knowledge into actionable guidance for customers. Help them adopt best practices and maximize the value they get from the platform.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Airtable, either in personal projects or professional settings, with genuine enthusiasm for its potential to transform how teams work.
- Proven background in technical support within B2B technology environments, particularly serving enterprise clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone and depth for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of untangling complex technical issues.
- Innate curiosity and a drive to understand systems deeply, paired with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Motivation to consistently exceed performance expectations and improve support processes over time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite in a support or operational capacity.
- Understanding of relational database concepts, REST APIs, and formula logic.
