What You'll Do
Work closely with IT leadership to develop and deliver internal communication strategies that drive technology adoption across teams. Design and manage multi-channel campaigns using emails, intranet content, and short-form videos to inform and engage employees. Create clear, targeted materials such as message maps, FAQs, and visual assets tailored to different stakeholder groups.
Monitor campaign performance through engagement metrics—including open rates, click-throughs, and adoption trends—and use insights to refine messaging. On the facilities side, support daily office operations in Mexico City by coordinating courier services, managing visitor logistics, and maintaining access systems. Assist with vendor coordination, site inventories, workstation assignments, and payroll-related inquiries to ensure smooth administrative function.
