What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for international roles, adapting workflows to meet diverse client needs across EMEA, North America, Latin America, and APAC. Proactively source qualified candidates using digital platforms, professional networks, and job boards. Conduct phone and video interviews, evaluate applicant suitability, and deliver timely feedback through internal systems.
Administer and score online assessments tailored to specific job requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity throughout the hiring cycle. Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, including past applicants, to strengthen the talent pipeline. Support hiring across regions, requiring flexibility in scheduling to align with global time zones.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in talent acquisition
- Proven ability to use social media, job platforms, and professional networks for sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to distinguish between different job functions and organizational roles
- Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Commercial Agents, Customer Support, Project Managers, Healthcare, and IT professionals
- Prior work in international recruitment environments
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in an additional language beyond English is advantageous.
