Support high-impact fundraising efforts by contributing to the design and execution of tailored donor engagements. You'll collaborate directly with leadership and teams across Programs, Research, and Finance to shape compelling materials, track emerging opportunities, and ensure seamless coordination of special initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop pitch documents, briefing memos, and engagement strategies for major donors and partners
- Coordinate input from multiple internal teams to align project goals and deliverables
- Conduct targeted research to identify new funding prospects and strategic pathways
- Scope early-stage ideas by gathering data, analyzing trends, and surfacing actionable insights
- Maintain systems for tracking donor interactions, project timelines, and team workflows in Salesforce
- Ensure donor experiences reflect organizational values through thoughtful planning and follow-up
- Document lessons learned and help refine processes to strengthen future project outcomes
Requirements
