Engage with church leaders and decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce technology solutions that support their mission. You will proactively identify prospects, conduct in-person visits—30 to 40 per month—and guide opportunities from initial contact through to contract close.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring every interaction is tracked and followed up efficiently.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate clear value based on each organization’s unique context.
- Structure financial proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service delivery.
- Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and effective strategies with the broader sales team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven services.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, including cold outreach, lead qualification, and deal negotiation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical abilities with a focus on results.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms—especially Salesforce—and standard productivity tools including Excel and Google Workspace.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Willingness to travel locally and spend extended time at a desk using a computer.
