As a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll guide customers through selecting personalized auto and home insurance options using a digital-first platform. Your role centers on responding to inbound inquiries, delivering clear explanations of coverage and pricing, and securing policies from a network of over 55 carriers—all from a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming customer calls seeking personal insurance solutions, focusing on accurate, tailored recommendations
- Walk clients through policy details, answer questions, and address concerns to support confident decision-making
- Generate and finalize quotes efficiently, ensuring smooth policy binding with carrier partners
- Use active listening and problem-solving to overcome hesitations and help customers find optimal coverage
- Maintain a professional, engaged presence during every interaction to build trust and satisfaction
Requirements
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in real time
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and helping others achieve their goals
- Willingness to complete Property & Casualty (P&C) licensing within two weeks of start date—fees covered by employer

Compensation
This role offers $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions. On-target annual earnings range from $100,000 to over $150,000. Equity may be included in total compensation for qualifying positions.
